Thermophore Moist Heating Pad. Best heating pad ever. By drawing moisture from the air, it provides a moist heat that feels like a deeper heat to your body. The large sized pad can cover the whole back and neck at once or wrap over the shoulders or around a knee, etc. Warms up quickly, gets really warm and is very durable. I have one that's over 20 years old and still functions excellently. If heat helps you feel better, this is the heating pad to have.
Be sure to purchase the classic version and not the timer version because the classic version has an on switch that requires you to squeeze a button with your hand, so, if you fall asleep, you will release it and it will not stay on and you won't get burned.

Use at the lowest speed and gentle pressure to soothe and calm down tight muscles. Use at the highest speed to activate muscles. This unit has the option to have heat as well as massage. Dr. Lew has had her Homedic percussive massager for over a decade and it’s still going strong.

Simply Saline mist for every day use. Use this multiple times a day for colds and sinus issues. Great for times when the pollen is high. Very safe because it's aerosolated and won't suck back into the nose like with squeeze bottles. Be sure to get the one for everyday use because it's the perfect saline level and not too salty.
Where to buy: About $7 / bottle. Costco 3 pack (best price), most drug stores like Rite Aid (generic brands are fine), and Amazon https://amzn.to/48UE3tv
Trigger Point Tools
Lacrosse Balls. Great for getting at those trigger points. Try sitting cross legged on one to get rid of glute and piriformis pain. Try lying on one to loosen a tight muscle on the upper rib cage by the shoulder blade. Roll your sore feet on one of these at the end of the day. Keep one in the car and put it behind your sore low back. So many options.
And folks say their dogs love chasing them since they bounce so well.
Peanut Lacrosse Massage Balls. You can make your own peanut massage balls by using duct tape and connecting to lacrosse ball or tennis balls together. Tennis balls are less intense for trigger point work. Rock Tape makes a version that has the two lacrosse balls closer together called the Infinity Rock Ball.
Where to buy: About $25. May be found at local sports stores. Amazon https://amzn.to/3wc42ht
